With over 40 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Jim Gardner brings a wealth of expertise, leadership, and a people-first approach to Exterior Solutions Plus. His career began in 1982 as a painter and roofer, spending decades mastering the trade firsthand. Motivated by a passion for growth and a deeper understanding of business, Jim pursued higher education at the University of Colorado, graduating with a degree in Economics. Jim’s success is built on more than just industry knowledge, he is deeply committed to the people he works with. Whether it’s ensuring the satisfaction of his customers, supporting his employees, or going the extra mile for his crews, Jim leads with integrity and care. Under his leadership, Exterior Solutions Plus has grown into a trusted industry leader, known for both its exceptional service and strong company culture. Tirzah Carpio
Operations & Improvement Manager
Tirzah Carpio is the Operations and Improvement Manager at Exterior Solutions Plus. After more than three years with the company, she recently stepped into this new role, where she focuses on improving processes, supporting the team, and helping projects run more smoothly from start to finish. With a degree in Construction Project Management, Tirzah brings a detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset to her work. In addition to overseeing internal operations, she also occasionally manages projects directly, giving her valuable on-the-ground insight into client needs and field execution. Tirzah is passionate about building a strong company culture where integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service come first.
